I feel I should rather address the issue of learning How To Start A Blog Or Website That Allows Comment And Earn.

As a fellow naija, here is my opinion regarding the comment-to-earn concept you see here-and-there. It was got from wealthyaffiliate website (so therefore don’t think nnu or whatever is the pioneer).

If you want to start comment-to-earn, you need to be financially stable (have a reasonable source of income to sustain it at the beginning) else you will start but later realize your expenses are very larger than the money you are making from such comment-to-earn website.

Those who do comment-to-earn website, do so because they want to catch up with the big names (e.g nairaland, legitng, vanguardng, etc) without paying huge advertising cost to Google and Facebook (that is why they will tell you to share their post to facebook and earn hundred naira is instead of advertising directly on FB).

The reason your audience or members will not click your ad-banner is because they are focused on writing as many irrelevant comments as possible to increase the amount you will pay them.

You can create your own comment-to-earn website with WordPress.org (not WordPress.com) or you can use forum CMS which commonly seen (I learnt that nnu is using drupal cms).

If you are using WordPress, there is a plugin for rewarding user based on their activities (such plugin can be configured to sooth your need) and the same plugin is on drupal (but is not called plugin there, it is called node).

Most of them use paystack to collect payment from anyone who wants to join their comment-to-earn website (so you should learn how to use paystack for website).
